Position Responsibilities
Applicants must already be working for IEA or one of its subsidiaries.

This position is responsible to support operations on a project by project basis by providing information based reporting to ensure on time delivery at a project based and enterprise based level. This will require planning, storage, receiving, and coordination with external and internal stakeholders. Work requires attention to detail and constant follow through and persistence and is performed under the direction of the Materials Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate and act as liaison interdepartmentally to carry out the duties assigned by the Materials Manager
  • Run daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports as necessary to track invoices and report back to Materials Manager
  • Run reports to track vendor compliance, and contact vendors our for compliance for needed information, including but not limited to procurement related discrepancies
  • Maintain confidential around sensitive documentation
  • Maintain inventory database
  • Provide input and help assist with development of standard operation procedures as necessary
  • Assist Material Manager with responding to critical needs of operations and project teams
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Education
    Bachelors Degree
    Position Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelors Degree or 4+ years of related experience in supply chain
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations
  • Microsoft Office fluent
  • Experience working with collaborative management systems, preferably ViewPoint
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Training
