Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Innovative Team! This position will support the Southeast US and grow strategic relationships with our customers. In this position you will ensure client satisfaction while improving and expanding the use of Innovative products and services like Polaris, Sierra and Vega LX. This is an amazing opportunity to accelerate the impact of public libraries on the world by helping them provide better experiences to their communities though our technology and services.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant, equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of direct field sales professional work experience
  • At least 3 years of managing external client relationships

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Establishing and maintaining a system of regular communication with clients to include phone calls and onsite visits.
  • Ensuring knowledge of client's product mix and how the solution is used by the client.
  • Creating and executing account plans which include financial objectives for strategic accounts.
  • Mentors and coaches Inside Sales Representatives, as appropriate.
  • Ensures clients are aware of Innovative events, products and service offerings that would benefit the client.
  • Creating consulting services opportunities and engaging other Innovative resources to achieve the customers' goals.
  • Creates call/visit reports to document findings and to communicate internally.

Hours of Work


*Core US business hours to support our clients in the SE U.S., although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours work may be required.

* Ability to travel up to 50%.
