Seasonal Ascend Helpdesk Support Agent

$14.00/hour


Bloom, the insurance industry's trusted growth partner, is looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Support Agent to provides tier 1 support for Ascend, Bloom technology platform, users.

We are looking for an exceptional professional who can:

  • Function as the first point of contact for end-users.
  • Respond to support requests via telephone or email.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questioning.
  • Ensure optimum customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Follow-up and update status/information on open requests.
  • Review end-user documentation for accuracy and usability.
  • Adhere to shift schedule and other departmental and company policies.
  • Document reported issues.
  • Direct unresolved support requests to the next level of support.
  • Follow up on ongoing issues in a timely manner.
  • Have a flexible work schedule.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Proficient with computers and technology

Skills and Abilities

  • Understanding of basic functions of Windows, iPad, and Android devices in order to properly troubleshoot issues
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Patience and positivity
  • A great attitude
  • Willingness to ask for help when needed
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Pleasant phone voice and proper grammar
