POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Application Consultant for its Workforce Management team based in Miramar, Fl. The Application Consultant will report directly to the Professional Services Manager and work closely with the Worfkforce Management team implementing business commerce solutions for enterprise customers.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Become a Subject Matter Expert and provide best practices to customers on the dormakaba b-comm solution
• Review Statements of Work and implement assigned customer projects through a collaborative process in a timely manner, and on budget to meet business deadlines
• Define, document and review customer use cases
• Build trusting relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide training to end customer during implementation process
• Develop and deliver specific plans, supporting documentation and progress reports for assigned projects
• Ability to travel to customer locations
• Support business and departmental leadership

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 2 year degree
• Prior experience with software configuration/implementation

WHAT WE PREFER

• 4 year degree
• ERP/HCM/HRIS/Time Tracking Payroll experience
• Project Management experience
