Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 to $145,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Description:

u Strong experience in HighJump WMS implementation & support.

u Configure HighJump application as per business requirements and design.

u Familiar with relational database concepts and PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers)

u EDI import knowledge - Knowledge on flow of data from host to HighJump and vice versa.

u Expertise in configuring new ODBC connections using connection manager.

u Expertise in creating/adding new config in existing server.

u SSRS/HJ Pulse reporting configurations.

u Expert knowledge on Advantage Architect - Cross Application interaction, Adding new solutions

u Good experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.

u Create functional and technical design documents.

u Liaise with product vendors, other support team and third part support for issue resolution

u Review the deliverables in the team to ensure that the deliverables completely adhere to the programming standards and client requirements.

u Coordinate with offshore resources, conduct handshake meetings and assign work to ensure development and other deliverables are worked upon during offshore hours.

uExperience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment and in dealing with vendors, service providers and support organizations in a global environment.

uExcellent communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively.

uDemonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with managers and team members.

uStrong technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills; able to articulate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.

uHave the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business and IT managers

uAssist with new sales pipeline creation, and responding to proposals.

uWrite whitepapers, provide internal training, assist with creating tools and accelerators

Qualifications:

u10+ years of overall IT experience

u8+ years of Supply chain management experience

u5+ years of Experience in Koerber/High Jump WMS products implementation, rollout and production support

uShould have implemented at least 3 full cycles of High Jump WMS implementations with multiple rollouts for each implementation.

uStrong SQL knowledge

uHands on experience in Process objects development, Integration development, and data-mapping.

uUnderstanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution functional concepts

uStrong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to individuals, small groups, and executive leadership.

uCreate functional and technical design documents.

uGreat attitude and commitment to get the job done
