Job SummaryThe Marketing Service Representative Senior develops and maintains relationships with customers including, but not limited to, agents, brokers and designated group administrators and group members to promote growth and retention of all Enterprise Products. Incumbent is accountable for enrollment and service of all enterprise products to new and existing groups.

Requirements

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years' health related non-clerical experience with an insurance, managed care, or healthcare related organization will be considered.

LICENSING/CERTIFICATION

State Insurance (Arkansas Life and Disability Insurance) License within three (3) months of hire.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel, as necessary, within the designated service area required.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum five (5) years' marketing and/or sales experience in a health insurance industry.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

ResponsibilitiesAnalysis/Problem Solving: Identifies service issues or problems, prioritizing those issues, and ensuring Enterprise service resources develop a solution to the problem. Generates all types of intelligence reporting from varies sources and at times present findings, solutions, and recommendations to Marketing Representatives., Industry/Company Knowledge: Understands company products and services completely, including group health insurance, dental insurance, term life/LTD insurance, worksite products, ancillary products, care management tools and services, technology, and other value-added services. Also maintains a thorough knowledge of the broader industry, major trends and innovations, and competitors operating within various market segments., Other duties: As assigned., Relationship Building: Interacts regularly with Marketing Representatives taking direction and guidance from them to plan activities and support regional goals. Works collaboratively with marketing, underwriting, customer service, customer accounts, group administrators, agents and brokers, while serving as an industry expert and resource for them., Service: Coordinates and conducts all enrollment activity for new group customers for all Enterprise products. Completes orientation and on-going education of group administrators and members, onsite service, and resolution of more complex service issues., Training: Provides training and technical support on enrollment software applications and internal/external agent web-based quoting applications. Demonstrated proficiency using software and reporting tools., Travel: Travels within the sales territory with occasional overnight stays, estimated XX%. At least half of the work in this job is conducted outside of the office and requires a valid Arkansas driver's license and automobile travel.
