The Opportunity

In this role, you will be a member of the Sales Enablement team supporting critical functions of our customer relationship management (CRM) solution - North America salesforce.com (NAM SFDC). The role plays an important part in ensuring that our stakeholders have the data and solutions to support commercial excellence within the RDC US Commercial organization. You will effectively engage with Business and IT stakeholders to consult on topics related to NAM SFDC capabilities, data objects and data integrations with other enterprise solutions - to ensure accuracy of information and engaging user experiences. Additionally, you will partner with functional leaders, business franchises, and subject matter experts to provide day-to-day operational support and deploy new solutions, as needed.

This is a Campus-based role, three days a week is required.

Job Facts

  • Enable commercial success by demonstrating an advanced understanding of sales enablement CRM solutions and data analytics.

  • As a subject matter expert, understand the NAM SFDC solution capabilities and the needs of our stakeholders (business processes, user journeys, user experiences), in order to effectively address inquiries and provide day-to-day operational support.

  • Provide consultation for and development of NAM SFDC data reporting/analytics needs for Business stakeholders, partnering with other data insights and IT teams as needed.

  • Oversee NAM SFDC data that supports critical business processes and reporting/analytics to enable solution adoption and positive user experiences - i.e. account alignment, contacts, opportunities, products, quotes, etc.

  • Engage with stakeholders to bring user feedback and/or new requirements to the team for further assessment and implementation.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects or business initiatives that impact the NAM SFDC solution.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree

  • 4 years of analytical experience

  • Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sales enablement CRM solutions - specifically salesforce.com

  • Strong stakeholder engagement with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience providing operational support of a technology solution/platform

  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability

  • Exposure to data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Alteryx

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, Business initiatives, and stakeholder inquiries

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational support environment
