Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Eastern Region Create value at TC TranscontinentalWe're currently seeking a full-time Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this role, you'll establish strong reporting relationships with regional and local operational leaders in within TC Transcontinental Packaging, while directly reporting to the HR Director for the Consumer & Beverage group. As a Regional HRBP, you'll have diverse generalist responsibilities, including employee retention, development, and succession planning.   • Lead change management initiatives and provide guidance to operational leaders on implementing change while managing HR-related internal and external communications.

  • Provide guidance to senior leaders, supervisors, and employees, supporting them through various employee relations situations and HR processes.

  • Gather and analyze HR metrics and data from multiple sources, collaborating with local and regional teams to develop and implement action plans.

  • Design programs to enhance employee engagement and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.

  • Drive HR productivity through a continuous improvement mindset, automating manual HR processes, and providing business insights through data analytics.

  • Establish and lead an effective HR team, fostering a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment.

  • Oversee all Human Resources activities for the regional team, ensuring alignment and consistency with broader business and departmental objectives.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure best-in-class delivery of Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition resources to the plant.

When your expertise drives us.
  • 4 Year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required. Advanced degree preferred.

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong decision making, organizational and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome unforeseen obstacles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; bi-lingual abilities (English, Spanish, or French) a plus.

  • Outstanding customer service, time management, interpersonal and analytical skills with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Outlook 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
