Job Description
This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center. Job Responsibilities: * Log all incoming calls * Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary * Follow up on delivery of requested items * Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues * After-hours dispatching when scheduled
