The Security and Safety Support position is responsible for providing maintenance support for our business continuity plan, employee onboarding, video surveillance, security data-base applications, security reporting, security repairs, employee safety, record retention and other related projects as needed. The Security and Safety Support position is also responsible for participating in on-going training sessions conducted via webinars that are specific to Assurance CM and NM business continuity planning software.

At times there will be security related or business continuity projects. This position will serve as a project team member on various internal project teams as a team member with assigned deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

* Business Continuity and Resiliency Support (Assurance Maintenance/Onboarding (Red Carpet) )

o This position will be responsible for updating various data and information within the Assurance CM and NM data base applications and performing Red Carpet Onboarding assignments. Responsible for maintaining the monthly call chain list. Add and delete employees from the data base and update associated groups.

o Maintain the Assurance NM data base and groups. Knowledge and use of the Emergency Alert System functionalities. Conducts a quarterly test of the Emergency Alert System. Is prepared to launch an emergency alert when necessary.

o Creates and runs reports in Assurance CM.

o Assist with updating templates related to business impact analysis, processes and tasks. Finding solutions for varied Assurance issues. Maintain BCP PFed portal workgroup. Posts a rolled up BCP to the PFed portal on a quarterly basis.

o Assists with BC Plan exercise testing, including the coordination of staff activities and or drills. Assist with documenting plan testing.

o Coordinate updates to departmental BP plans throughout the year. All departments are required to review and update their plans on an annual basis. Work with each department and enter updated information into templates within Assurance CM.

o

* Physical Security Monitoring/Maintenance/Reporting Support:

o Maintains the All Clear mobile data base process for the Retail Delivery Morning Glory "all clear" notifications.

o Maintains the Compass and BoldNet application data-bases to manage alarm systems and users. Add, transfer and delete all alarm panel users as necessary on Compass and BoldNet applications.

o Coordinate alarm testing with each branch on a monthly basis.

o Coordinate and meet the alarm system vendor or other vendors at branches or ATMs for installations, repairs and decommissions.

o Creates various Security Awareness Alerts for staff communications and logs in Assurance CM.

o Completes weekly and monthly video surveillance system integrity checking, logging and reporting as required.

o Coordinates the annual Central US Great Shakeout exercise.

o Support other preparedness and safety initiatives as requested.

o Update/maintain the emergency procedures document as needed.

o Maintains the Safety and Security portal workgroup.

o Uses the Compass alarm panel editor and BoldNet to add and delete users and manage our alarm system accounts as needed.

o Works in conjunction with the Security Officer and Talent Development Specialist on planning annual all staff training related to Robbery, PII, and BCP. Create/update training presentations related to business continuity, security, employee safety and preparedness.

o Provides support for the Security Officer, I T Security Officer and the Compliance Officer for the Record Retention Program.


Required Skills

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

* Education and Credentials

o Associates Degree required

* Experience

o Business Continuity Planning, Workplace Safety, Emergency Management or Project Management preferred

* Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

o A valid driver's license is required.

o Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

o Assurance CM and NM, Exacqvision client and health monitor, Honeywell Compass Editor, Manitou BoldNet, All Clear and the PFed Portal will be used, prior experience helpful

o Must be willing to attend specific training sessions related to Business Continuity.

o Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with employees, members, vendors and company contacts
