Schedule: 8am - 12pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $18/hr.

Part Time Business Property Manager job details include:
  • Maintain and update bank signature cards annually.
  • Prepare and mail all billing statements.
  • Review and obtain approval for all invoices submitted for payment.
  • Prepare all checks for review and signature by Board Officers.
  • Collect and deposit all payments and deposits on a daily basis.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain cash disbursement journals.
  • Manage delinquent accounts in accordance with Indiana code.
  • Ensure Corporation Filing and annual Statement of Information is filed with the Secretary of State on an annual basis.
  • Update vendor files annually. Reconcile, generate, and mail annual 1099s to required vendors.
  • Close out fiscal year and update system with new budget annually.
  • Assist Board with preparing annual budget for the coming year and distribute to all homeowners.
  • Prepare all bid specifications and oversee the bid process.
  • Develop and execute routine and preventative maintenance plans for CCR assets.
Qualified candidates will have six months of customer service and QuickBooks experience, one year of office/clerical experience.
