Job Summary

Core BTS is looking for an Azure Data and Analytics Consultant to join our growing team.Youwill work alongsideyour peers to design, build, anddeliver end-to-enddata and analyticssolutions for enterprise clients.You should have data engineeringexperience inAzureand be familiar withmodern data platform technologieslikeAzure Analysis Services, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Warehouse,andAzure Data Factory.

Essential Duties

• Discuss best practices and strategiesfor modern dataandanalyticswith clients
• Integrate data sources to build models and reports for business users
• Configureand operationalize cloudinfrastructure in Azure
• Speakintelligentlyto Microsoft's cloud data strategy and roadmap
• Staycurrent Microsoft technologies and modern data platform best practices

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering and modeling
• Ability to design an end-to-end data analytics solution architecture and drive its implementation
• Deep understanding of Agile engineering practices
• Data Warehousing
• Data ETL/ELT
• Data Modeling (Dimensional/Kimball)
• T-SQL
• Azure Data Factory (or strong SSIS experience)
• Azure Data Lake Store
• SQL Server/Azure SQL
• Azure Analysis Services orSQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) - Tabular
• Azure DevOps/Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery

The base salary for this position is typically $155,000 to $175,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary commission plan based on company and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
