About The Opportunity

Support inbound/outbound shipping and receiving functions between multiple facilities. Inventory management and support personnel and work assignments for hourly employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all outgoing shipments between facilities using SAP shipping dashboard and other tools; coordinate what/where/how of all items due out each day with Customer Service, Planning, Sales
  • Enter any outbound shipments required into Emerge
  • Review/process paperwork for Outbound BOLs, ensure all scanned to SAP, ensure accuracy and ship completion in the system
  • Ensure COA/COC paperwork required for outbound shipments is processed and attached to customer copy of BOL
  • Ensure accurate processing of all inventory transfers and/or receiving for roll stock, printed liners and finished goods coming in from other Menasha plants or subcontractors
  • Ensure receiving steps are completed in SAP to keep POs accurate and inventory levels accurate to support the operation
  • Support fiscal month-end closing processes (inventory counts, e.g. pallets, etc.) with Cycle Counter
  • Coordinate dock appointments for incoming deliveries outside of KBX tool (by Fed Ex, UPS, subcontractors, other Menasha plants, and deliveries as needed)
  • Coordinate movement of roll stock, printed liners, laminated sheets, or other materials between facilities for production schedule; serve as primary contact to coordinate Shuttle Drivers between facilities
  • Manage the scrapping process of managed items in inventory / quarantined waste / bad pallets / empty totes / printed waste
  • Manage maintenance and servicing of tow motors
  • Manage / determine disposition of quarantine or rework areas in warehouse roll stock/print/finished goods
  • Manage baled waste disposition (coord outgoing shipments, delivery of empty trailers, reporting of lbs.)
  • Manage pallet area, replenish sizes as necessary driven by schedule forecasting, support CHEP audits
  • Work on special projects as necessary
  • All other duties assigned by leadership/management as needed

Experience / Education Required:

  • Thorough knowledge of shipping department and functions (to include scheduling trucks, inbound and outbound delivery processing, inventory management, scrap process, and safety and inspection procedures, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP and MS TEAMS, Outlook, Excel as needed
  • High degree of data entry accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Flexibility and time management
  • Willingness to perform OT as necessary
  • Current clamp truck and tow motor license (or ability to acquire them)
  • Ability to remain professional and navigate through stressful situations with employees, vendors, etc.
  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Associate degree or Above Preferred
