POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Regional Sales Representative, Hospitality based remotely in Las Vegas, NV. The Regional Sales Representative, Hospitality is responsible for developing profitable sales growth for dormakaba in the assigned territory by closing sales of electronic access control, cloud operating systems and integrated solutions in the hospitality sector, from lead generation or qualification through to sales closing. This comes in the form of new sales generation while nurturing existing customer relationships.

***This position is remote based in Las Vegas***

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ability to develop pipeline, progress opportunities through the sales funnel while accurately forecasting revenue.
  • Ability to maintain accurate Salesforce contacts, accounts, opportunities, and relevant fields for forecasting product needs for manufacturing and sales leadership.
  • Maintain close relationships with new and existing hospitality management companies in the territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Develop suggestions for new product ideas of features based on customer feedback.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Minimum of 5 years proven field sales experience
  • Travel - 50%+

WHAT WE PREFER

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years proven sales experience in the hospitality technology space
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce)
